went to 淡 水 with 1 of my aunt and her daughter. take train to the final stop and reach there around 130pm. There are so many people, and out from the station, first saw e 2 big donut shops, mister DONUT and DUNKIN' DONUT, open just opposite each other, and both e shops are crowed with ppl too. if i m e buyer, i also dono which shop to go to. lolx.
Went to 淡 水 老 街 and start to eat all the 小 吃,
ate alot of different kind of food and some of the most famous food there.
we ate 炸 蝦 捲, 碳 烤 臭 豆 腐, 炸香菇, 烤 鳥 蛋 ,阿 給 , 鐵 蛋, 淡 水 fishball, 酸 梅 湯, and had this giant tall icecream which cost $20TW only too! so bad didnt got e chance to take pic, otherwise will be amazed by it.
we walk, eat, shop aro at the same time, went to visit , understand the history and so.

after that, back to the other side of the 老 街, we shop and eat the way back again. Try some of the free food, drink along the way too.
eat till so full and have been walking the whole day, but it was fun.
the feeling of this time was different from the time i last went to 淡 水, because i get to know more things, try new food, and know lots of great places that i didnt know last time, and looking at those children playing those childhood games, brings back many of my childhood memories too! but disappointedly that didnt manage to take the ship to the opposite side, 八 里, bec the queue was really far too many many ppl alr, never once this many ppl be4, so my aunt ask me next time never come to 淡 水 on weekends, to squese everything with people.
so now, i have a better knowledge of 淡 水 alr, so next time when grace and all come on march, i can sure be a better tour guide to bring u all around and have fun! :)
